New Boston Beef, LLC is nestled in the northeast corner of Connecticut, overlooking the Quinebaug River in the village of Fabyan, one of ten villages in the town of Thompson. Located at Fabyan Farm owned by Ross and Susan Eddy, New Boston Beef, LLC  is owned and operated by their son, Jonathan Eddy, a second generation farmer.

New Boston Beef, LLC is committed to providing delicious, all natural, antibiotic free and no hormone added beef. The cattle are raised on pasture while the grass is green and housed in an environmentally friendly barn during the winter months. In addition to the pasture, the cattle are fed free choice hay and grass silage throughout the year. Corn meal is also fed daily to provide a balanced diet and continued growth for each animal. The cattle are not fed grain to "finish them off" as might be done at other farms.

Beef is sold by the whole, half, quarter or large variety of select cuts (i.e. steaks, roasts, beef sausage). All processing is done at USDA inspected facilities where the beef is cryovac wrapped and flash frozen to provide you with a product that is great tasting and healthy.

The farm store is currently open by appointment only. We also encourage you to visit us at the Coventry Regional Farmer's Market every Sunday from June through October. Please contact us for a product list and current pricing.
